Push Me!
Last week after class...I'd just arrived in Lexington and was on Man-O-War Blvd. Someone was making a left hand turn on a green light and forgot to YIELD to oncoming traffic - ME. He hit me. End of the story - I spend the rest of the evening and part of the morning in the emergency room and my jeep is totaled. I had to cancel class on Wednesday. If my foot is not any better by Monday who is going to come to the parking lot and wheel me to the classroom????????????????????

I am so sorry to hear that. I hope you are ok, I will be praying for you. But which parking lot are you in?
I hope you get better! I don't have class at all til our class on Monday and I live on campus so if you need help let me know!
The wheeling me is half humor and half serious. I'll park in the HC parking right beside Wallace. I'll post Sunday night if I am thinking I won't walk up to the room and will need a PUSH in a wheelchair.

oh my, i hope things get better for you soon! that is horrible! ive been in plenty of accidents and each time it is still as scary as the first! im glad youre ok though!
If you need me to, I don't care a bit to wheel you up to class. Just let me know if you need my help. I hope you get to feeling better!
Ok...guys...I've been to church and back which took some walking around. My foot isn't feeling GREAT. I will do minimal walking tomorrow while in Frankfort, but know I'll have to do some. Soooo...I'm going to try to walk to class but may bring my husband's wheelchair, just in case. I'm in a rental car, black PT cruiser. If you come in to Wallace and see me down there beside the building in the handicap parking...well...you may want to check before going up to class.
Oh my goodness...I havent been on here for like a week, and I just now saw that you had been in a wreck :( I hope your feeling better by tomorrow...i'll see you in class!!

Oh little did you know that not all of your students are education majors-but you do have a nursing student in your class and one of which who works at UK hospital in the ICU's. I would have no problem wheeling you in-besides it's much easier than transporting patient's and their beds to MRI's and CT scans!
