HI!
Hi Mrs. White! My name is Jennifer Kaufman and I am a sophomore here at EKU. My major is Special Education, LBD. I am very excited about this class becuase I think there is going to be a lot of things that I will be able to take with me and use in the evry day classroom. I live here on campus, because I am from Wilder, Ky, which is in the Northern part of Ky. I look forward to this semester in your class!

There are two chapters specifically dedicated to children with with learning disabilities and behavior disorders. We will talk about these on the same night and how they relate. It is interesting to think about how does language issues impact children's behavior. Remember I just REFUSED to do the aerobics anymore. What if I would have had to have stayed in the class - what would my behavior have been like to cope with my inability to perform the task? Or, if children have true behavior issues how does this impact their ability to learn language? We'll discuss this in depth!
