I would like to take the time before the stress of finals, to express my appreciation for all the help and consideration that you have given us this semester. You have compassion for what you teach that sets you apart from others. Thank you for the sermons and the learning opportunity, I have truly benefited from this course.

I completely agree with you Kenney!! It's so wonderful to have a professor that is more interested in creating wonderful educators rather than letting them breeze by. I believe that all education professors should be that way. I mean, they are educating those who are going to be molding young minds for the rest of their lives.......Thank you Mrs White for caring so much!!
I appreciate both of your comments!! You know how much I LOVE students and teaching. It doesn't matter if the students are in first grade or college. I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to play a role in helping students realize incredibly how much potential they DO have and watching them strive to achieve it.
You will all understand this when you see your students do so much more than they ever thought or dreamed. There's no high like it.
Sounds sappy but I'm sincere when I say I can't wait for the next 5-15 years to see and hear about what my college students are doing to make a difference in the lives of the students they teach.
I truly hope I get emails or phone calls to say, "Cathy, will you come read to my class?"
